He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Ray and Evelyn Woodburn McLaughlin. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Waxler McLaughlin; his sons, Ray McLaughlin (Julie) of Chester and Roy McLaughlin of New Cumberland; his brother Elmer McLaughlin Jr.; his grandchildren, Zackary, Greg, John and Timothy McLaughlin; and his great grandchildren, Mylia, Braden, Lilly, Maxwell, Sophia and Keith.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
