She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmer Reed and Shirley Murphy Reed; and her siblings, JoAnn Reed, Delmer Earl and Joe Reed.
She is survived by: her husband James Mahaffey; her child Jamie Nutt (James) of Topeka, KS.; her grandchildren, Holly, Kylee, Trey Boring, Marah, Paige, Bridgette, Brooke, Cindy, Jevon and William; and her siblings, Sue Rollyson (Larry) of New Cumberland, Ruth Mays (Mark) of New Cumberland, Clyde Reed (Karen) of Salineville, Walter Reed (Brenda) of Glennmoor and John Reed (Wanda) of East Liverpool. She is also survived by her kids and loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
