We bid farewell to Cecelia Rogers of New Cumberland, West Virginia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 23, 2024 at the age of 80. Cecelia touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Huff and Vera Bowen Huff Buchenberg. She is survived by: her husband Herbert Rogers; her children, Jennifer George (Mark) of Fairview, PA., Valerie Holgate of New Cumberland, WV. and Mike Rogers (Kelli) of Valencia, PA; her grandchildren, Alexandre George (Rheanna), Jillian Ashley Holgate (Joshua Taggart), Kensington Rogers George, Emily Payton Rogers and Lindsey Nicole Rogers; her great grandchildren, Aria and Leo George; her sisters, Donna Laughlin (Jim), Bonnie Brady, Mary Anne DiBacco (Sam), Janet Stoneburner and Judy Shively; and her cousin Janice Stine.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Arner Funeral Chapel (607 Carolina Ave, Chester, WV 26034). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
