Blackwell; her daughters, Penny Tibbs (Rick) of Weirton and Shannon Geer (Russell) of Chester; her stepdaughter Amy Damis of Weirton; her grandchildren, Matthew Waggoner, Clarissa, Justin Damis, Shane, Garrett Geer, Katelyn, Allyson Haspel, Tyler and Levi Wright; and her great grandchildren, Gavin, Kannon, Gage, Arya, Millie and Norman Hardy.
