It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra (Ebert) Arnold of New Creek, West Virginia, who passed away on August 22, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy D. Ebert and Nellie K. Ebert Everly (Hedrick); and her sister Elizabeth Ann Ebert. She is survived by: her cousins, Muntzing and Staggs.
