He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Janet E. Broadwater (Paulman) of Terra Alta, WV and Fred Allen Bloom, Sr.; his children, Salina Stewart (Jesse) of Augusta, WV, Samantha Frisco (Travis Dolly) of New Creek, Samuel David Frisco of New Creek, Auestin Bloom of Burlington, WV, Aaron Bloom (Zana) of Keyser, WV and Kala Bloom of Burlington; and his siblings, Fred A. Bloom, Jr. (Jolee) of Johnsonville, NC, Victor Frisco of Terra Alta, Joseph David Broadwater (Hannah) of Harvest, Alan Broadwater of Johnsonville and Holly Reed (Nick) of Johnsonville.
Those attending are reminded that face masks and the observance of all social distancing guidelines are required in compliance with health department mandates.
