He is survived by: his wife Amanda Blacka (Weasenforth); his children, Michael, Jr., Shirley Blacka, Tammy, Ray Slinker, Hunter and Michelle Blacka; his stepchildren, Jonathan, Rebecca, Justin and Zachary Rhodes; his grandchildren, Chloe JeanAnn Slinker and Hunter Wayme Blacka; his stepgrandchildren, Aliana Rhodes, Colton Amtower, Brooklynn Baraka, Zachary Rhodes, Jr., Bethany Lofton and Joshua Lofton, Jr.; and his brothers, George Blacka (Kitten) and Raymond Blacka, Jr..
