Karen Sue Lyon Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Karen Sue Lyon of New Creek, West Virginia, born in Keyser, West Virginia, who passed away on September 19, 2021 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldridge C. Kesner and Wilda M. Kesner (Dolly); her brother Richard Lee Kesner; and her brother-in-law Robert C. "Bobby" Lyon. She is survived by: her husband David W. "Billy" Lyon; her stepchildren, Elaine Lyon, Crystal of Myrtle Beach, SC and Mike Lyon of Tyler, Texas; her sister Phyllis Lyon of New Creek; and her children, Kirk Kesner (Danielle), Danielle Combs (Justin) and Whitney Umstot (Brad). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In addition the family requests that all those attending services to please wear a face mask or covering.
The family requests that memorial contributions be directed to the Mineral County Humane Society.
