Rice of New Creek, West Virginia, born in Keyser, West Virginia, who passed away on December 26, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman L. Webb and Vivian Theodosia Webb (Wood); her son Mike Rice; her brother James H. Webb; and also Clinton Hillman.
She is survived by: her sons, J. Mark Rice (Brenda) of New Creek and Charles Scott "Chip" Rice of Keyser; her sister Mary Ann Liller of New Creek; her grandchildren, Carrie Kitzmiller (Louie) and Brant Rice (Danielle Hillery); and her great grandchildren, Reagan, Kaleb, Trey, Eli Kitzmiller, Corbin Hillery and Rowan Rice.
