She is survived by: her children, Donald Cook, Curtis Cook (Jessica), Victor Cook (Judy Tabatha L.), Haggerty (Kevin) and Mark Cook; her grandchildren, Evan, Cody, Rory, Shana, Joshua, Taylor, Brendan and Haylin; her great grandchildren, Alexis Judah, Milo, Rheagan, Jaxon, Easton and Tanner; and her sisters, Ethel Keplinger of Burlington, WV, Norma Harper (Chester) of Elkins, WV and Linda Carr of Springfield, VA..
