He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Fisher and Irene Mildred Harris (Leatherman); and his brother-in-law Raymond Bream. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Harris (Keplinger); his daughters, Tammy Hesse (Buddy) of Petersburg, WV, Julie Kesner (Jay) of Cabins, WV, Malinda Turner (Rodney) of Petersburg, WV and Beth Dayton (Stacey) of Petersburg, WV; and his sisters, Mildred Messinger (Richard) of Pennsylvania, Viola Weaver (Wayne) of Pennsylvania and Hazel Bream of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren; and 15 Great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Knobley Covenant Brethren Church (324 Feaster Ln, New Creek, WV 26743). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
