He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond L. Baker, Sr. and Nellie V. Baker (Martin). He is survived by: his wife Deborah L. Baker (Yoak); his daughters, Chris Cameron (Michael) of Grantsville, MD and Heather Leatherman (Bobby) of Fort Ashby, WV; his father-in-law Calvin Yoak of Keyser; his grandchildren, Remy Cameron, Briar and Bristol Leatherman; and his siblings, Raymond "John" Baker (Sandy) of Keyser, Mary Dolly (Dwayne) of Burlington, WV and Nina Harper (Robert) of Terra Alta, WV.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and a very special friend.
