Lower of Annapolis, MD; his siblings, Haven Shobe (Joyce) of New Creek, Margie Wentz (Gary) of Buckhannon, WV. and Barbara "Bobbi" Shaver (Joe) of Buckhannon, WV.; his grandchildren, Ariel Shugars (Josh), James Kirk (Heather Miller), Matthew Kirk (Megan) and Alex Lower; his great grandchildren, Noah Kirk, Skylar Jackson and McKenzie Kirk; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew Shobe, Cyrus Wentz, Kori Kesner, Stacie Wentz and Jeanie Johnson.
