He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond D. Rotruck and Opal A. Rotruck (Likens); his sister Carolyn S. Rotruck of New Creek; his stepmother Catherine M. Rader Rotruck (Miller) of New Creek; his stepbrother Tim Rader of New Creek; his aunt Kathern Knotts of Oakland, MD; and his cousins, Danny Knotts of Moyock, NC, Doug Knotts of McHenry, MD, Dennis Knotts of Oakland, Darlene, Bill Custer, Keyser, Mike, Mary Jane Dawson, Terry and Donna Dawson.
