He is survived by: his wife Elma Fields Evans of Nettie; his children, Sonya Evans of Nettie, Curtis (Shonda) of Yorktown, VA and Kevin Evans (Tammy) of Walton, KY; and his brothers, Donald Evans (Betty Joe) of Nettie, Edward Evans of Nettie and James Evans (Hannie) of Leivasy. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
