He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Williams and Georgie Williams; and his sisters, Sheila Laws and Billie Jewell Williams. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Ballard Williams of Nellis; his stepchildren, Sissy and Jared Johnson; and his siblings, Karen Williams (Terry) and Steve Browning.
