She was predeceased by: her parents, Freeman Holstein and Zena Holstein; her siblings, Montana Means (Paul), Bonnie Kirk (Delana) and Roger Dean Holstein; her husband Carlos Tackett; her children, Freeman Troy Tackett, Carlos Henry Tackett and Sybil Baldwin; her children-in-law, Regina Tackett and Donald Conley; and her grandson Donnie Conley.
She is survived by: her brother Danny Holstein (Deborah); her children, Teresa Conley, Jerry Tackett (Martha) and Robert Tackett; and her children-in-law, Tony Baldwin and Rachel Blair. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 4 great, great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
