He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Bloom and Dorthy Bloom (Osborne); his wife Patricia Jean Bloom (Smith) of Munday, WV; and his siblings, Nancy L. Gillette and Donald C. Bloom.
He is survived by: his children, Kenny Bloom of Munday, WV, Tamee Bloom (Jack) of Vincent, OH, Tommy Bloom (Lisa) of Parkersburg, WV and Leigha Cottrell of Parkersburg, WV.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.
