"Oakey" Tolliver; his parents, William Tolliver and Emma Tolliver (Cook); his great grandchild Ethan Lowe; his wife Ann Tolliver; his children, Jeff Tolliver (Patty), Denise Milam (Robbie) and Stacy Tolliver; his grandchildren, Josh Lowe (Laura), Ben Tolliver (Joni), Andrea Keaton (Gary), Amber Pease (Daniel), Megan Bennett (TJ), Cody Lowe and Laura Milam; his great grandchildren, William, Emma, Noelle, Caylee, Luke, Elijah, Kenzie, Isaiah, Isaac, Peyton, Mason, Michael and Sara; his siblings, Roger Tolliver (Sis), Teddy Tolliver (Linda), David Tolliver (Pat), Rosemary Whittemore (Benny) and Pat Brooks (David); and his nephew Toby. He was also cherished by other nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
