He is survived by: his mother Ann Tolliver; his siblings, Jeff Tolliver (Patty) and Denise Milam (Robbie); his nieces and nephews, Josh Lowe (Laura), Ben Tolliver (Joni), Andrea Keaton (Gary), Amber Pease (Daniel), Megan Bennett (TJ) and Cody Lowe; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, William, Emma, Noelle, Caylee, Luke, Elijah, Kenzie, Isaiah, Isaac, Peyton and Mason. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.
