He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Irene Wiley and Elmus Wiley; his wife Cheryl Margaret Rorrer; his children, Donna Simmons (Jeff) of Maben, Leigh Ann Harvey of Maben and Russell Elmus Wiley, Jr. of Maben; his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Hunter, Emily, Kylie Simmons, Guy Patterson, III (Treigh), Maegan, Merideth, Christopher, Jacob Harvey, Cody and Lexi Wiley; his sisters, Anita Price (Randy) of Bland, VA and Elaine Isaac (Steve Belcher) of Daleville, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Daniel E. Rorrer (Barbara) of Tampa, FL, Michael D. Rorrer (Linda) of Roanoke, VA and Candy Thomas (Marshall) of Salem, VA. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
