It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Joyce Scott of Mullens, West Virginia, who passed away on February 5, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Farley and Essie Farley (Reid); her husband William "Bill" Scott; and her brothers, Donald and David Farley.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Scott (Pat) of Lynco, Susan Walker (Jack) of Mullens and Lisa Colston (Kevin) of East Bend, NC; her grandchildren, Julie Scott Massey (Tim), Mallory Walker and Keith Colston; and her brother Lloyd "Sonny" Farley, Jr. (Carolyn) of Woodbridge, VA.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be a private family graveside service and burial at Rest Haven Memorial Park, Princeton with Rev. Vondie Cook, Sr. officiating.
