Lancette E. Brehm Obituary
Lancette Brehm departed this earth peacefully on October 8, 2021 at The Gardens Health & Rehabilitation Center in Daytona Beach, FL. She was under the compassionate care of Halifax Hospice.
Lancette was born on July 1, 1945 in Princeton, WV and grew up in Point Pleasant, WV. She lived in Mullens, WV for many years then moved to Daytona Beach, FL in 1987.
Lancette was preceded in death by her parents, Elmo and Dot Thompson, her brother Marion Stover and two much beloved husbands, Richard Edwards and James "Ed" Brehm.
Lancette is survived by her daughter and long time caregiver Angela Longstaff of Daytona Beach, Fl and her daughter Rebecca Iken. She leaves behind four grandchildren; Brittainy, Brett, Connor and Gabe.
Due to COVID, Lancette's last wish was that people not gather at this time for a funeral service. She will be cremated then interred with her husband, Ed, in Daytona Memorial Gardens in Daytona Beach, FL.
In lieu of flowers, Lancette's request is that people wear a face mask and take the COVID-19 vaccine to protect the vulnerable. We can only win the war on this disease by doing what we can to protect one another, especially the most vulnerable.
