He is survived by: his mother Mary Green; his children, Anita Green, Sam and Scott Green; and his siblings, Doreen Parker, Mary Lee Shumate, Virginia Bailey and Sampson Junior Green. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
