He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Buren McKinney and Bertha Lorraine Mullins (Sturgill); his father-in-law James E. Rhodes, Sr.; and his brother-in-law Craig Rhodes, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Debbie McKinney of Basin; his children, Brieanna "Crickett" McCadden of North Carolina and Rayf Hachemeister of Basin; his siblings, Brenda Tolley (Drew) of Fredricksburg, VA, Sherry Agee of Arizonia, Allen McKinney (Tammy) of Basin and David McKinney of Mullens; his mother-in-law Edith Rhodes of Basin; and his siblings-in-law, Michelle Feaster of Corrine, Melissa Flaim of Corinne, James Rhodes, Jr. of Baltimore and Richard Rhodes of Basin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
