She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Wickline and Vesta Cassity Wickline; her sister Willa "Tubby" Wickline Witt; her brothers-in-law, Joe Witt and Richard "Dick" Phillips (Sonnie Phillips); her close friend Betty Jack Farmer; her grandson Jarrod Smith; and also Sunny Sue Bell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sunny Suzann and Terri Lea Smith (Barry); her grandchildren, Jamie Lusk (Ashley), Jeremy Smith (Kristen), Cassidy Smith and Taylor Smith; her great grandchildren, Alec Lusk, Lincoln Lusk, Rylie Smith and London Smith; her nephew Mike Witt (Kelly); her great-nephew Ian Witt; her son-in-law Terry Bell; and her sister-in-law Diane Phillips.
In lieu of flowers, Betty Jo would appreciate donations to the City of Mullens Foundation, PO Box 266 or the First Presbyterian Church of Mullens, PO Box 806.
