She was predeceased by: her parents, John Blake and Erless Gay Husk Blake; and her sister Joann Blake. She is survived by: her husband Roger Smith; her children, Rodney Smith of Mt. Zion, WV and Cora Ann Nash of Kenosha; and her siblings, Leonard Blake and Carolyn Paxton. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc.-Arnoldsburg (1441 Arnoldsburg Rd, Spencer, WV 25234). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 31st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
