It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Carr Sr. (Mount Storm, West Virginia), born in Keyser, West Virginia, who passed away on September 28, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Carnie Carr and Wilma Lee Carr (Layton); his sister Patsy Jean Carr; and his brother-in-law Robert Haslacker. He is survived by: his wife Dana L. Carr (Matlock); his children, William L. "Bill" Carr, Jr. of Keyser, WV, Alexander S. "Alex" Carr of Inwood, WV and Amanda C. "Mandy" Bloss of Short Gap, WV; his grandchildren, Emily Carr, Ethan Carr and Isabella Bloss; and his siblings, Betty Hawk (Wayne) of Mechanicsburg, PA, Connie L. Haslacker of Maysville, WV and Carnie Carr, Jr. of Mt. Storm, WV. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
