He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe Chapman and Alma Chapman (Conrad); and his siblings, Delores Aronhalt, Elwood Chapman, Jean Wickwire, Lyle Chapman, Blondell Chapman and Charlotte Kitzmiller.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Chapman (Young); and his siblings, Marvin G. Chapman and Norma Lee Kline. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and twenty nieces and nephews.
