He is survived by: his children, Kimberly Hellems (Stanton), Bobby Groves (Rita), Robin Losch (Michael) and Daniel Groves (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Danny Swiger (Emily), Aaron Hellems (Sarah), Pamela Gutierrez (Gus), Carrie Shaffer (Jason) and Kelly Thompson (John); his great grandchildren, Madeline Swiger, Michael Gutierrez, Savannah, Katherine Hellems, Ryan Thompson, Tyler, Hunter, Renee Shaffer, Jacob and Isaiah Groves; his sister-in-law Phyllis Groves; and his aunt Mertie Dooley. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
