He was predeceased by: his stepfather Michael Bennett; his grandparents, Homer and Hilda Groves; and his uncles, Gus and Steve Groves.
He is survived by: his parent Terri-Sue Groves-Bennett; his wife Tammy Groves; his children, Ceirra Blankenship, Maddy Blankenship, Bethany Wriston and Matthew Blankenship; his uncles, Wayne Groves (Sheri) and Eric Groves (Sheree); and his cousins, Brian Swiger, Eric, Derrick Groves, Rachel, Shawn, Mindy, Rusty and Daniel.
