It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald Ray Mayhew of Mount Nebo, West Virginia, who passed away on January 13, 2021, at the age of 48, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Ellison Mayhew and Tryphena Mayhew of Russellville. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Mayhew (Worlledge); and his brothers, David Ryland Mayhew (Jill) of Waynesboro, Virginia and Larry Dean Mayhew (Melissa) of Grottoes, Virginia.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A private service due to Covid-19 will be held at Wallace & Wallace Funeral Home in Rainelle, West Virginia, with Pastor Shirley Hellms officiating.
