She was predeceased by: her parents, James C. Garrett and Beverly Jean Garrett (King); her former husband Robert D. Manning; her half-brother Ronnie King; and her stepgrandson Leroy Neff.
She is survived by: her husband James Hoy Neff; her stepchildren, Joshua Neff (Jessica), Bailey Neff (Casey), Kayson Neff and Angelica Neff; her stepmother Dimmie Warden; her brother Carl Garrett (Cyndi); her half-brother John King; her stepsister Joyce Bragg (Pete); her niece Amber Dolog (John); her nephew Levi Durham (Joyce); and her great-niece Aaliyah Durham. She is also survived by many brother and sisters-in-law, cousins and extended family.
