He is survived by: his wife Nancy Gay Moss; his sons, Robert L. Moss (Deanna) of Mt. Hope, WV and David Moss (Rinda) of Mt. Hope, WV; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Martin, Kaylee Moss, Alexis Moss, Emma Moss and Alex Moss; his great grandchildren, Jacob Martin, Lucas Martin and Jakson Martin; and his siblings, Deborah King and Danny Wayne Moss.
