It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Pennie Alspaugh (Mount Hope, West Virginia), born in Boomer, West Virginia, who passed away on January 20, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Earl Browning and Helen Harrah Browning; her brother Paul David Browning; her sister-in-law Marie Browning; her granddaughter Jerisha Elaine Letchford; her husband Paul Alspaugh of Mt. Hope; her daughters, Raelisa Letchford and Sherleda Burns (Sherry); her son-in-law Jeff Burns of Mt. Hope; her grandchildren, Adam, Katlyn Stover Burns of Mount Hope, Tristian and Makayla Laramee; her great grandchild Baby Laramee; and her siblings, Pauline Buckley (Fred) of Mt. Hope and Keith Moore (Cindy) of Hagerstown, MD. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and her Fur Babies.
Pennie always said that where she is going there will be plenty of beautiful flowers, so in lieu of flowers please donate to your church or favorite charity.
