She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnie Adkins and Maxine Adkins; her brother Urklas Adkins; and her husband George Hurley. She is survived by: her sons, Johnny Roy Osborne (Jenny) and Adam Osborne (Linda) of Evans; and her grandsons, Dylan and Ryker Osborne of Evans.
