He is survived by: his wife Inge Hoke Kizer of Asbury, WV; his children, John, Ernest "Nicky" Kizer (Pam) of Mount Hope, WV, Lisa Kizer Wilson (Clarence) of Maple Fork, WV and Dana Kizer of Mount Hope, WV; his stepsons, James Hoke of Asbury, WV and William Hoke; his siblings, Ruby Carol Jollay, Betty Jo Stover and Franklin Harvey Kizer (Ruth); his grandchildren, Amy Kizer Welty, Chad Kizer, Dustin Kizer, Joshua Wilson and Kasey Kizer Kessler; his stepgrandchildren, Lena Hoke and Austin Hoke; and his great grandchildren, Harley Kizer, Victoria Wilson, Paisley Kizer and Ryker Kizer.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Bowers Hospice House.
