He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elsie Petro Parker and Delbert Parker; his former wife Helen Athlene Walker Parker; his sister Evelyn Forsythe; his wife Margaret Goodson Parker; his children, Tiffany Cottle (James), Jessie Parker, Jr. (Norma Kay), Jimmy Parker (Leslie Nicole) and Ralph D. Phillips (Sara); and his siblings, Judy Mendenhall (JR), Peggy Meador (Sam), Janice Woodell (Jim), Debra Kincaid, Goldie Parker, Delbert Ray Parker, Jr. and Neil Parker (Sharon). He was also cherished by eight grandchildren; and three great grandchildren; as well as many other family members and friends.
