He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Bandy and Elsie Bandy Wooldridge; his son James Robert "Robbie" Bandy; and his siblings, Robert "Bobby" Bandy, Ray "Juke" Bandy, Isabelle Thomas and Lelia Coleman.
He is survived by: his sister Peggy Brown (Elliot) of Suwanee; his nieces and nephews, Scott, Gary (Terry), Bob Caverly, Jeff Brown, John Spade, Cathy Calhoun (Dan), Karen Whitecotton (Allen) and Tom Coleman (Rhonda) of Oak Hill; and his cousin Kathy Barley Lovell (Richard) of Maple Fork.
