It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harold Chapman of Mount Hope, West Virginia, born in Smithers, West Virginia, who passed away on August 15, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Lester and Dorothy Armind Haning Chapman; his wife Thelma Chapman; and his brother Bob Chapman. He is survived by: his nephew Julius Dale Lilly of Cleveland, OH; and his caregiver Sarah Fredriksson (Jim). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and in laws.
