He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Ray Mahaffey, Sr. and Joyce Diana "Susie" Warwick Bailey; and his uncle William "Bill" Mahaffey. He is survived by: his wife Sandra "Sandi" Mahaffey; his siblings, Cassie Norkevitz (Joey), Benny Todaro, Sam "Sambo" Dooley and Allen Mahaffey Jr.; and his cousins, Angie, Selena, Tracey and Sherry. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
