She is survived by: her daughter Rose B. Payne of Mount Hope; her siblings, Joseph Leroy Brooks of Boston, Massachusetts and Patricia Cobbs (John); and her stepchildren, Rev. Matthew Watts, Ollie Watts Davis and Cuther Watts.
Friends, while wearing gloves and masks and observing social distancing, may view one hour prior to the service.
