He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph Radford and Evelyn Settle Radford; and his sister Maxine Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Lillian Alma Radford; his sons, Earnest Harold Radford Jr. (Lisa) and William Allen Radford (Jeri); his grandchildren, Jenni Canterbury (Joe), Brandi Radford and William Radford; his great grandchildren, Alice and Jasper Canterbury; and his siblings, Linda Adkins, Kathy Gray (Leslie) and Dick Radford (Phyllis). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
