He was predeceased by: his father Darrell E. Hinkle; and his sister Eugenia "LuLu" Hinkle Bailey. He is survived by: his mother Margie Lou Hinkle of Mt. Hope, WV; his former wife Tammy Hinkle of Belle, WV; his children, Kendal Hinkle of Belle, WV and Aaron Adkins of Mount Hope, WV; his siblings, Elva Fox (Joe), Cindy Mae Hinkle, Billy Hinkle (Shannon) and Roger Hinkle (Evie); and his close friends, Allen Kinsler, Rocky Pruitt, Jesse Harvey and Patrick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
