He was predeceased by: his parents, Estel Smith and Dorothy Smith; and his siblings, Jerry (Frog) and Connie. He is survived by: his brothers, Harold Smith (Bonnie) of Prudence and Gary Smith (Sharon) of Maple Fork. He is also survived by twenty-five nieces and nephews.
