It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carma Lee Spencer Peters of Mount Hope, West Virginia, who passed away on December 3, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Blue Spencer (Linville), Sheryl Hangach and Judy Walker; and her husband Paul Peters. She is survived by: her siblings, John Lewis and Ellen Tabor; her children, Lana Roosa (Les Roosa), Mick Peters (Jeanette Peters) and Cathy Mullins (Yancy Mullins); her grandchildren, Emily Kimsey, Leslie Crossland, Spencer Reetz, Paul Roosa, D. J. Mullins and Mickey Mullins; and her great grandchildren, Alex, Maddie Crossland, Jordan Molo, Jake Kimsey, Isla Kimsey and Carter Kimsey.

Her funeral will be a graveside service on Tuesday, December 8th, 2020 and will be for family only due to COVID-19.
