He is survived by: his sons, Ricky Dale Adkins (Jamie) of Mt. Gay and Jeffery Allen Adkins (Jewell) of Dryridge, KY; and his siblings, Linda Cadd of Mudfork, Barbara Frye (Clarence) of Chapmanville, Tommy Adkins (Sandy) of Holden, Clifford Adkins (Debbie) of Logan and Danny Davis of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews along with many friends.
