He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Jacobs and Lydia Margaret Jacobs of Mt. Gay, WV.; his wife Sally (Chafin); and his siblings, Homer and Charlie Jacobs.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Jacobs (Dorothy), Cheri Coleman (Lance), Jamie Hill (Greg) and Cristy Jacobs (Michelle); his grandchildren, Tiffany Fiorillo, Christopher Jacobs and Erin Hill; and his great grandchildren, Riley, Ronin, Easton and Maeve. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
