He was predeceased by: his parents, Reverend Clayton Lockhart and Phyllis Jean Lee Lockhart; his siblings, Toby Lockhart, Linda Baxley, Pat Lockhart Smith and Michael Lockhart; his sister-in-law Robin Samuels (John); and his parents-in-law, Ernestine and Willie Conley.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Lockhart "Patty"; his daughter Erica Lockhart Robinson; his son-in-law Jacob Robinson; and his aunt Susie Sanders (John Bill).
