With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecelia June Nelson of Mount Gay, West Virginia, born in Logan, West Virginia, who passed away on November 11, 2021 at the age of 68. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Frankum (Bruce) and Dewey Frankum; her husband John Nelson Sr.; her son James Lee Nelson; her grandson William Seth Nelson; and her brothers, Gary Frankum and Ray Frankum.
She is survived by: her sons, John Nelson Jr. of Cora, Daniel Nelson (Cynthia) of Cora and Matthew Nelson (Kellie) of Mudfork; her daughter-in-law Maggie Nelson of Lake'; her grandchildren, Katherine Saylor (Christopher), Victoria Nelson (Hank), Christopher Nelson (Alexis), Jeffrey Nelson (Abby), Johnathon Nelson, Trevon Nelson and Braxton Nelson; her great grandchildren, Colton, Levi Saylor, Gracelynn, Gracen Atwell, Dean, Lincoln Branham and Maiya Branham; and her siblings, Liz Dent, Bessie Muston and Lester Frankum. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
